Stage Explorers – Youth Beginning Acting

Recommended Ages: 7-12 years old

Classes begin on September 8th and will be from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM on Tuesday of each week for 10 weeks. Tuition for this class is $250.

ABOUT THE CLASS:

Step into the world of theatre through imagination, creativity, and play! In this beginning acting class, students will build confidence while exploring character, storytelling, voice, movement, and improvisation. Through theatre games, creative activities, and short scenes, young performers will develop collaboration, communication, and stage presence in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for students who are new to acting or excited to grow their performance skills.

The Flowertown Players Education Committee believes that theatre education should be accessible to all children and are happy to offer partial or full financial assistance to qualifying families through our scholarship program. Please email md@flowertownplayers.org to begin the application process. Applications will be reviewed and eligible scholarships granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Spots are limited and are not guaranteed. The deadline to apply for this assistance is September 1, 2026. Cases will be reviewed by the Education Committee on September 2, and applicants will be notified shortly thereafter.
