The Flowertown Players Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 30th at 6:30PM via Zoom.  Due to the unprecedented circumstances brought about by COVID-19 and our inability to open at this time,  we will be hosting our meeting using Zoom this year.  The meeting can be accessed by clicking on the link below (please note this link is updated and not the same as the original sent last week- the link below must be used to access the meeting).  We hope you will join us!

There are two (2) Board of Directors positions open on our nine (9) member Board, and if  you are 18 years old or older and currently have a 44th Season VIP or FLEX 4 membership, you are eligible to vote.  Voting will take place electronically during the meeting, however if you prefer to complete a paper ballot, you can do so by visiting the theatre on Tuesday, June 30th between the hours of 3:30PM - 5:30PM.  A ballot can be reviewed and/or downloaded by clicking the link below and copies will also be available at the theatre on Tuesday, June 30th between 3:30PM- 5:30PM.
